Worker shocked and resuscitated after cutting into electric wire

Port Credit, Mississauga, Canada – An arborist was resuscitated after he received an electrical shock when he cut into an overhead electrical wire. The man was attempting to cut down a tree near the high tension wires in an aerial platform. While working on the tree he accidentally cut a wire. When authorities arrived the man had no signs of life. After rescuing the man, emergency personnel starting doing CPR and used a defibrillator to resuscitate the man. He was resuscitated and was reportedly conscious and breathing at a local hospital within an hour of the incident.

A second arborist was trapped in the vehicle by the fallen electrical wire an unable to get out of the truck. Once authorities cut the power he was recused unharmed.
