Paramus, NJ – A homeowner and a friend were hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries after being struck by a tree branch. The men were removing tree branches from trees that were damaged by the recent nor’easter. During the clean-up, one of the branches fell and struck the men.
Police Chief Kenneth Ehrenberg said, “The resident suffered a laceration to his head and complained of pain in that area. His friend complained of pain in his chest and shoulder.”
The men were transported to The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood for further medical attention.
