Tree falls on Coweta County firefighter

Newnan, GA – Lt. Adam Moss, a nine-year veteran of the Coweta County Fire Rescue Department, remains in stable condition after he was trapped beneath a tree. Moss was attempting to remove a tree from the roadway on Sargent Farmer Road. While working to remove the tree, a large section of the tree snapped causing it to strike and subsequently fall on Moss. Moss was airlifted from the scene to Atlanta Medical Center where he remains in stable condition.
