A man was injured Friday after noon after he fell out of a tree he was trimming for a neighbor. The man, who has not been identified, fell about 10 feet. A neighbor called 911 to report the accident after she heard a loud noise. She went outside to find the man laying on the ground and the chainsaw he was using still running, stuck up the tree. The man fell out of the tree and struck a storage shed before falling to the ground. He was transported to first to Baylor Scott & White Hospital in Waco and then was transferred to Scott & White Hospital in Temple in serious, but stable condition.
