32 year old Troy Sweeney is in fair condition after the bucket truck he was operating overturned. The bucket truck, which belonged to Nelson Tree Service, tipped over because one of the outriggers sunk into the soft ground. During the fall, the truck boom took down wires and finally came to rest on top of a guardrail. At the scene Sweeney was said to have been conscious and alert. He was harnessed into the bucket and rode the boom the entire way down. Sweeney complained of back, arm, and leg pain, and possibly suffered a broken leg. He was transported to Metro Health Medical Center in Cleveland.
