Beloved Little League coach dies in tree cutting accident in Yulee

Yulee, FL – 33 year old Christopher “Adam” Nichols died in a tree cutting accident. Nichols, who owned Adam Nichols Outdoor Services, was hired to cut down trees at a home in Yulee. He was clearing debris left by a recent tornado along with his two employees. Nichols began to fell a pine tree when it started going the wrong way and fall toward him. He tried to push the tree but slipped and fell face down. The tree then fell on top of him. Three people pulled Nichols out from under the tree and tried performing CPR to save him, but Nichols died of his injuries.
